This 3 bedroom apartment is nothing short of STUNNING. Beautifully renovated. Flat screen TVs in every bedroom!
Ideally located between the Resort and Harbour/Marina sides of the Island, this fully self contained apartment offers stunning sweeping views across Catseye Bay. It is in a central location, walking distance to the resort, the beach and front street where all the main restaurants and shops are. Poinciana is a great place to both relax and stay close to the action.
The spacious living area is light and airy. There is a TV, DVD, Video, Stereo, CD Player and cable TV all for your enjoyment. The furniture is all new and modern.
The kitchen has every modern convenience including the all important dishwasher!
The main bedroom also opens out to the patio, is spacious and also has a large TV. The ensuite has a double shower.
The other 2 bedrooms can be made up as two singles or king beds. The second bathroom is also spacious and services these two bedrooms.
It is a ground floor apartment that has a large open tiled patio area before an open grassed frontage. Sit back and relax at the six seater outer dining table or one of the two sunlounges and take in the beautiful water view. At dusk the Wallabies even come up and nibble at the grass. The pool and spa at Poinciana is set in beautiful tranquil surroundings. The barbecue area here is one of the best on the island.
Hamilton Island has the best of both worlds.
You can do as much or as little as you like.
Stroll down to the marina village, go for a drive in your buggy or sunbath down by the pool. If you're feeling a little more energetic, go for a swim at the beach or hire a jet ski from Beach Sports, maybe even take a day trip out to Great Barrier Reef.
