* Parties are not permitted in apartments
* Registered guests only permitted in apartments after 9pm
* Excessive noise will not be tolerated
Failure to comply with the above will result in eviction of the guest/s from the property.
Reception Hours are 8.00am daily. When checking in 1 occupant must be over the age of 18, Photo ID and Credit Card will also be required on check in. If no Credit Card available a $200 cash deposit will be required.
