This Beautiful first floor apartment is 600m to the centre of town and main beach. Close enough to walk in 10 mins, and far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle.

Very private and convenient, features include large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, beautiful large covered verandah, 2 bedrooms, 1 with queen-size bed, bathroom, separate toilet, laundry with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has everything you could need - cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, large range of utensils and equipment such as blender, food processer, pots, pans etc.

For entertainment there's a large screen tv, video, dvd/cd player, large selection of dvds and cds.

Just across the road is a great all day milkbar/cafe and a new supermarket just 100m up the road.

There is also under cover parking.
