This brick two storey house has open plan living upstairs with a large balcony boasting panoramic views over the ocean and Mollymook 9 hole golf course.
The large upstairs living area is tastefully furnished with comfortable couches, a 40 inch LED television, DVD, CD player / radio, and dining table seating 8 - 10.
Relax in peace with a book or take in the views on the large balcony overlooking the ocean and leafy green golf course. There is a gas BBQ and outdoor setting to seat 10.
There is a modern fully and properly equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, oven and new fridge. Iron and ironing board supplied, also a high chair.
Extra large double lock up garage, laundry with automatic washing machine and dryer.
The house has a large fully fenced garden and also boasts an outdoor shower perfect for those sandy feet! The garden is fully grassed and perfect for little people to enjoy and run around.

Mollymook Beach, the Mollymook Golf Club (courtesy bus also available running every half hour) and the Mollymook Surf Club is also easily accessible in a few minutes walk via a footpath adjacent to the golf course.
Ulladulla restaurants and shops are accessible either by car or walking. Short drive to Bannister's award winning Rick Stein's restaurant, pizza bar and day spa. 10 minute drive to the Cupitt's Winery and Restaurant. The historical town of Milton is also only a 10 minute drive offering fantastic cafes, restaurants and shopping. Be sure to check out the Milton Theatre for live music.

Payment Details
A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. This can be paid by electronic transfer. The final payment plus a refundable bond is due 28 days prior to the rental period.

Well laid out home and well equiped. Great views over the golf course and to the beach. Lovely to sit on the back balcony and lucky enough to watch the dolphins frolicking in the surf.

I loved it!
Great house in a great location with a very pleasant outlook. Everything you need is included. Ideal for 3 or 4 couples or a family. Its large rooms and open living allow plenty of space in all weather.
