This modern home sleeps 10-14 people. It has all the necessary luxuries; a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, onlooking the river, multipurpose playroom & a large covered verandah.

we had a family get together 7 adults 3 kids and we were blown away with all the activities we could do and all the space to spread out and enjoy the weekend from kayaks to soccer to golf putting, swimming and cricket. when we had a bit of rain there was foxtel and plenty of magz to browse.the kids board games were a bonus.the house is open, airy and very clean. we loved it !!!

Great House, great location, great facilities. Highly recommend this place.
Fully decked out with loads of activities, toys and games for people of all ages. You will never get bored here.
Great that it has its own boat ramp and pontoon. Skiers paradise! Perfect glassy water. Easy to get your boat in and out of the water.
Owners showed us around the property when we arrived and were very friendly and helpful.

Our extended family (ages ranging from 2-60 yrs) recently enjoyed 4 days on the river.
The information provided on Stayz was accurate while the additional advice provided by the friendly owners was professional, enthusiastic, and timely. The house was very comfortable, safe and really well-equipped. Lots of great family meals were cooked and eaten around the dining table.
We made good use of the pool, spa and the games equipment; we walked to the cemetery and dozed on the verandah and fished from the jetty; and of course, water skied and motored up and down the magnificent Hawkesbury River. Kids loved the space to run and play, and all watched over by very interested neighbouring alpacas; adults loved the freedom, serenity and beauty. We had a great time at this holiday house. The property was amazing with a good wharf to tie up your boat to, a big field for cricket and a great house with air con (very important for the 40 degree day we were there), a great barby, as well as pool and spa.
We look forward to going again next year.

This is the best holiday house we have ever stayed in. It was like a "home away from home". Not only was everything provided, but we were most impressed with the excellent standard - such as Mikasa and crystalware. It was so tranquil relaxing in the outdoor spa. There were lots to activities to keep everyone occupied. It was also a pleasure to deal with the property owners. We highly recommend the place.

My friends and I have an amazing time at the Waterfront Getaway, it was so peaceful and private. The highlights were the hot tub, when you want it at 40 degrees it gets to 40 degrees which was amazing late at night. The trampoline which provided entertainment for everyone and the river it���s self as we all had a jump in from the jetty.
The house was very well catered, clean and comfortable, we all felt at home. Very much enjoyed it and we will hopefully be returning again next year.

Waterfront Getaway is an amazing weekend away house. It was perfect to accommodate large groups and you could never get bored with all the activities and games provided. I especially liked all the kitchenware, which made our dinner party wonderful.

"This place is absolutely AMAZING!! The location superb and the house was perfect for all of our needs. There were 5 couples for the week and there was plenty of room for us, whether it was having a bbq together or if we wanted to have some space, there was plenty of room for that too! Peter who greeted us at the propery was so lovely and extremely helpful. An incredibly memorable stay and we will be sure to be back there again in the future.

What a wonderful property.
We had a group outdoors weekend, and couldn't have found a more perfect location. The house is fantastic, with all the creature comforts one could want, and the property offers lovers of the outdoors all the possibilities in the world.
The weather was wonderful, and we had an absolutely fantastic weekend - it's certainly tough to come back to work today.
Whether it be a group of sports/outdoor lovers, or a few couples looking for a relaxing retreat - this property has it all.
The owners are also a pleasure to deal with, and run a very smooth operation.

Amazing location and place! Our group thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the only downside was that we wanted to stay longer! The house is extremely well catered for and looked after. We managed a game of cricket and even pulled a few decent keepers out of the river. Definitely recommended!

Had a great time at the house. There was plenty of room for everyone and had a great yard for a game of soccer.
We all thoroughly enjoyed the place, with a great pool and spa. Well looked after.
The owners were also very helpful.

An awesome house! So peaceful, neat, tidy and fun! We loved that it was on a huge block of land with the nearest neighbours being what felt like miles and miles away. Really made us feel like we were on holidays. The owners were also super friendly and you could tell they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time there. Plenty of space in the house. If its sunny there are a ton of outdoor activities. If it rains there is foxtel and heaps of games and magazines on hand. All 13 of us enjoyed ourselves immensely. Definitely recommended!

I took 11 friends up to this property recently and had a fantastic time. The house was instantly welcoming and very clean and tidy. It's got all the amenities one needs in the kitchen, with plenty of linen and space for a lot of people to relax. The best part is the location and the surrounds are postcard quality, the outdoor activities available are sensational.
I will definately be coming back with other friends in the future.

We had such a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for 3 families. Plenty for the kids to do & beautifully serene for the adults to relax & enjoy. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break! We look forward to visiting again soon.
