Recently renovated, timber look flooring in living areas, carpet in bedrooms, TV,DVD, internal laundry combined with bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Balcony overlooking the pool and full ocean views. An easy stroll to the local shops and cafes, especially the new Beach Hotel. Positioned in the only beachfront street in Cabarita Beach, very peaceful holiday destination. Around 15 minutes from Kingscliff and 25minutes from the Gold Coast Airport. Personal linen such as sheets, pillowcases, towels and so on are not supplied. A linen hire service is available to all of our guests.
The property is fully self contained excluding personal items such as soap, toilet paper, laundry powder etc. This is solely the guests responsibility. Departing guests must leave the property clean & tidy by 10am. This includes emptying the rubbish bin, washing and drying all dishes, emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller & microwave and so on. We do take a pre-authorisation of a credit card for the security deposit. NO PARTIES OR FUNCTIONS PERMITTED. Noise complaints will result in loss of your security deposit and on the spot eviction plus payment of security guard fees if applicable.
