We are proud to present this air conditioned and renovated 2 bedroom duplex in a quiet, family oriented street in the renowned Gold Coast suburb of Burleigh Heads, famous for its surfing beaches, village atmosphere and national park.

The property features a massive fully fenced and gated covered outdoor area complete with outdoor dining, bar, BBQ, day bed, lounge suite and outdoor fireplace. There is no lawn but gardens can be found at the back of the property.

The large air conditioned main bedroom has a Queen bed.

There is a fully equipped laundry and a remote operated garage available for parking.

The 32 inch Plasma TV with free foxtel and DVD player will keep the kids entertained. There is also fast wireless internet available free of charge.

The fully equipped kitchen offers the ability to self cater with a convenience store located 50m away and Coles 1 km away or you could wonder down to the popular cafandamp;#233; or asian takeaway 100m around the corner. There are also many award winning restaurants within just a 15 minutes stroll. Theme parks are approx 30 minutes away by car.

Please note that with the surrounding area being of a family nature, parties or excessive noise will not be tolerated. The Gold Coast City Council has implemented tough penalties for guests who disturb the peace of neighbouring residents.
