Absolutely loved this apartment...it was well suited for a young family and the interior and layout was perfect for a family of 5. The location is perfect for those wanting to visit the Salamanca Market and the Mona Gallery. Heaps of little cafes and restaurants to choose from or just use the kitchen to cook up your own meals. The owners have taken care and pride to look after this little gem...would recommend this is the place to stay in Hobart.

absoulutely perfect for our family holiday- so much better than a motel room. Great location, walking distance to the city and lots of restaurants nearby. Really a "home away from home" with everything you could want and the extra touches provided really appreciated. We would recommend this great apartment to anyone.

A brilliant find and wonderful comfortable home from which to explore Hobart. My two sisters and I stayed here for three days, first sisters trip ever and first trip to Hobart. Upstairs at 408 is gorgeous, we would stay again for sure. Great location, on the restaurant strip of Elizabeth strip, near a small supermarket, plenty of parking and a short walk or bus trip down to the Harbour. Beautiful collection of tasteful furniture, crunchy nice sheets and comfy beds, plenty of space and little nooks to read and relax without being on top of one another. Perfect place for drinking tea, relaxing and basing yourself for exploring. Hope to get back again soon.

408, what a fantastic place to stay. What a great location from which to explore all that Hobart has to offer. Tastefully and well equipped, with plenty of space, yet still managing to be quite private. Surprising really considering its right on Elizabeth Street. Would definitely stay again, in fact probably will. Ideal for couples with or with out kids or tag alongs. Thanks Deb for going the extra mile and making it so easy.

Upstairs at 408 is a wonderful home away from home. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and warm. Beautiful views from the kitchen, tastefully furnished throughout. The helpfulness of our host was well above and beyond anything that could reasonably be expected. Great location - close to restaurants, shops cinemas and walking distance to town. We couldn't fault it. I highly recommend it and yes, we would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was very roomy and almost soundproof. The towels were so soft and all the linen was the best. We loved the little patio for our evening drinks and the old world charm of the place. With the closeness of public transport and all the eateries this offers fantastic value. we would recommend a stay here to anyone.
