Doyles is a Brand New, Boutique Luxury Beach House situated in beautiful Port Stephens. Winners of two 2011 HIA housing awards and Australian finalists .
Whilst no expense has been spared on this fabulous contemporary beach house, with stunning architecture and styling, a huge amount of care and thought has gone into creating the perfect beach holiday environment, just for you!
Doyles is an idyllic escape in a relaxed atmosphere, just moments from the beach.
There is no compromise whilst staying at Doyles, its all about being pampered from the beautiful Sheridan linen, gorgeous Soaps, Nespresso coffee machine and coffee and a complimentary bottle of wine selectors wine.
The Kitchen is a gourmets dream with everything you need to cook and entertain in style. The Oven, microwave, dishwasher and induction cooktop are all Miele, Caesar Stone bench tops, a new Fisher & Paykel french door fridge with filtered water and ice maker, beautiful crockery, cutlery and glass ware.
The two bathrooms and powder room are really quite lovely with Italian travertine tiles, large showers, and a freestanding designer bath in the main bathroom with enough room for two. Soft close toilets and heated towel rails for those beautiful fluffy white Sheridan towels that are provided to help make your stay with us, well just a little special!
The Beach House has three large bedrooms, the master has a king bed, ensuite and large robe. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs with queen beds, both with built in wardrobes. All bedrooms have overhead ceiling fans. Crisp Sheridan linen is supplied and included in your stay.
There are two living areas inside with soft leather lounges for relaxing after a busy day of sun surf and sand. Doyles has amazing TVs, gadgets, games, books and the latest magazines. A regency gas log fireplace that is just perfect for snuggling up with that great book or loved one.
As well as indoor dining on a large timber table, there is a large outdoor stone table and chairs , which Im sure will play host to long holiday meals with family and friends.
A large deck off the master bedroom and dining area has a brand new six person hot tub, an outdoor Eco Fire place, day beds and a large B.B.Q with a charming private north facing garden, with hot/cold outdoor shower.
Stunning interiors, extensive use of glass and design which brings the outdoors in.
On the upstairs deck there is an outdoor lounge with lots of comfy cushions and a coffee table. The perfect spot to admire the view with a glass of bubbles.
Doyles has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning.
The laundry has a front loader washing machine and a large condenser dryer .
The Beach house is situated across the road, less then a 2min walk from Wanda Beach.There is plenty of room to park the boat.
Doyles can also arrange the hire of a cot and high chair; both are brand new and comply with the latest Australian safety standards.
Doyles is in an amazing location, only moments from long white sandy beaches. A 5min stroll will have you fishing off the jetty or take a lovely nature walk along Wanda headland or Stoney Ridge reserve.
The Salamander village shops for fresh bread and the paper are only a stroll away.
Bowling clubs and restaurants are all with in walking distance. Soldiers Point award winning marina is a 2min drive with great restaurants perched over the water.
Nelson Bays fabulous shopping, restaurants and nightlife are a short 10 min drive away.
