A great beach house located on the waterfront at Salamander Bay. Step off the grass onto the beautiful sandy beach. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the house, plus a studio apartment with bathroom and TV. Large kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, air conditioning, family room, deck with BBQ, laundry with dryer, double garage, carport and off street parking with room for the boat. Fantastic location with panoramic views to Nelson Bay. Personal linen is not provided, but can be hired (pillow cases, sheets and towels), refer to booking registration on website. This property has a security deposit which must be finalised on arrival as well as the completion of our guest registration form located on our website and confirmation email.
