LIVING
There is clever mix of style and sophistication throughout this 5 star property whilst still ensuring that you can truly relax, unwind and feel comfortable in your surrounds.
The house is designed around the waterfront with the huge open plan living, dining and designer kitchen all flowing out to the oversized alfresco dining area, pool and onto the waterfront. With a pool table, cinema, pontoon and sandy beach there is plenty to keep you occupied when you are not lazing around the sparkling pool. The home is fully air-conditioned for your comfort, is equipped with a iPod docking sound system, and has Foxtel, Playstation 3 and internet available.

The spacious master suite on the 2nd level is simply stunning and is complimented by beautiful city skyline views from your private balcony. It has an enormous ensuite and walk in robe.

This home is situated in a premier location only a 15 minute walk to all that Broadbeach has to offer. Broadbeach is well known as the best location to holiday on the Gold Coast. With the fantastic restaurants and cafes, shopping, nightlife, Casino and Convention centre and of course our beautiful beaches it is the perfect holiday destination. The home is central to all the Gold Coast has to offer.

As Waterfront Splendour is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "quiet time" From 10pm to 8 am.
