Exclusively yours Braemere House Holiday Unit offers luxury,comfort and a home away from home. This RACT raterd 4 1/2 star unit which is only a 3-5 minute drive from the city opens directly onto lovely landscaped gardens. The garden contains several water features and has panoramic views of the nearby eastern mountains city and bush.

The Unit is available as either a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom unit and comes with the option of either one or two modern bathrooms. Having it\'s own keyed entrance from a private car park it will accommodate 6/7 persons with a bedding configuration of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are QS and 1 with 2 XL single beds. An extra fold-out stretcher can be providedfor a 7th person if required.

Sit at the large colonial dining room window which overlooks box hedging and a delightful circular lawn and rose garden whilst drinking your morning coffee/tea and reading the paper. The Unit is private and consists of a lounge/dining area with satellite television which is viewed on a large LCD Television /fully modern kitchen with granite bench tops and blackwood cupboards, a microwave, 360 ltr frost free fridge, fan forced under-bench oven and hotplates and a dishwasher. There are also two modern bathrooms one being an ensuite and the other the master bathroom and a seperate laundry. Outside there is a delightful undercover entertainment area provided just for unit guests offering a gas BBQ and over-looking a cascading water fall and pond. Five minutes drive in a car will take you to the Cataract Gorge, CBD, restaurants, and nearby golf courses and The Country Club Resort. Shops and amenities are all within an easy stroll. Launceston City is a perfect place to base yourself to tour the Tamar Valley wineries and all the scenery Northern Tasmania has to offer.
