Exclusively yours this Holiday Unit offers comfort and the little personal touches that make it a home away from home. This rated and tourism accredited unit is only a 3 minute drive to the CBD and is on the Cataract Gorge side of Launceston city. Prices start at $130.00 for two adults twin share with $25.00 per night for each extra adult and $20 per night for each extra child. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

Opening directly onto a lovely landscaped garden it has panoramic views of the eastern mountains and surrounding bushland. Directly outside the frenchdoors you will find an undercover dining area with a large BBQ complete with Wok burner for your use.

The Unit is private and consists of a lounge/dining area with television/fully modern kitchen with stone bench tops and blackwood cupboards, a microwave, 360 ltr frost free fridge, fan forced under-bench oven and hotplates and a dishwasher, 1- 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a seperate laundry.

Sit at the large colonial dining room window which overlooks box hedging and a delightful circular lawn and rose garden whilst drinking your morning coffee/tea and reading the paper.


Five minutes drive in a car will take you to the Cataract Gorge, Aurora Stadium, cafes, restaurants, nearby golf courses and The Country Club Resort and Casino. Shops and amenities are all within an easy stroll.

Minimum stay 2 nights.

Launceston City is a perfect place to base yourself to tour the Tamar Valley wineries and all the scenery Northern Tasmania has to offer.

No wheelchair access.

$130.00 to $220 p.n. for up to 6 adults. For other prices contact owner as will vary according to the number of adults/children and the number of bathrooms required.
