A fantastic family getaway can be had at Mountain View at the bay which has been tastefully renovated throughout and offers: 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom plus 2 extra toilets, a combined dining lounge room, a second living area, large fully equipped kitchen, brand new bathroom, front balcony with seating and a rear undercover entertainment area with outdoor setting and BBQ.
This property also includes a fully fenced back yard for the kids to play plus access ramps and railings ideal for an elderly or disabled guest. There is an external laundry that comes fully equipped plus a large clothesline in the backyard to hang your beach towels. There is also a second toilet in the laundry.

Offering plenty of driveway space and off road parking this property has room for 2 vehicles plus your boat so be sure to bring it with you. There is a 2 lane all tide boat ramp at the eastern end of Shoal Bay beach to launch your vessel for a fun day on the water or for a great fishing experience.

The Shoal Bay Foreshore is only a 400m level stroll approximately and offers picnic tables, BBQ facilities, toilet amenities, public jetty plus a trail to the top on Tomaree Headland past the WWII gun emplacements for panoramic ocean and bay views. Shoal Bay offers 3 unpatrolled surf beaches plus the calmer bay waters to enjoy a swim on a hot summers day. There is village shopping for convenient items plus restaurants, cafs, the Newcastle and Port Stephens Game Fishing Club and the infamous Shoal Bay Country Club for a quiet ale.
 

Indoor outdoor living is a must when you stay at Mountain View which will become apparent as you enter this property via the rear entertainment balcony. Completely waterproof and surrounded by grapevines you will be able to enjoy family BBQs whilst still keeping an eye on the kids playing in the backyard.

The rear combined lounge and dining room offers 2x 2 seater lounges, TV, a solid timber dining table for 7 guests and access to the rear balcony. The large kitchen is centrally positioned between the front and rear lounge areas and comes fully equipped with an upright stove, full sized fridge/freezer, microwave and breakfast bar. The front living area has a large corner lounge, flat screen TV and DVD and sliding door access the front balcony has a small table and chairs amongst the green foliage.
The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, bedside tables, dresser, double-sided curtains and a built-in wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom has 2x single beds, bedside table, dresser, wooden venetians and a built-in robe. The 3rd bedroom has a king single bed, wooden ventians and wardrobe. The 4th bedroom offers a double size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, a 25" flat screen TV and sliding door access to the rear balcony.

The renovated bathroom has a shower (with curtain) vanity and toilet. The laundry is located separately and comes fully equipped with a top loading washing machine and dryer plus a 2nd toilet.

This fully fenced property is pet friendly and will allow for dogs outside with a secure dog friendly room, at an additional cost. Note dogs are not permitted inside.
