Located in a block of only 6 units, this lovely two bedroom, front unit on the 3rd floor is positioned perfectly, it is located directly opposite Shoal Bay beach and walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants and providing excellent water views from your own balcony and an undercover parking space for one car.

The large combined lounge/dining area is fully carpeted and has modern furnishings as well as a ceiling fan at each end of the room. The lounge area with a lovely feature wall and has a very comfortable Corduroy lounge suite, a pine coffee table with a small assortment of books for you to read and a large TV with a dvd/cd/mp3 player combo. The dining area has a lovely pine topped table with metal legs and 6 matching chairs with padded seating. Both areas have a large glass sliding door leading out onto the balcony with outdoor setting and excellent waterviews looking from Soldiers Point end of the Bay to the Heads at Shoal Bay and across to Jimmys Beach at Hawks Nest. The windows on the side of this room also offers water views. The lovely modern and fully renovated kitchen comes complete with stainless steel dishwasher, microwave oven, full size fridge and full cooking facilities.
Both of the bedrooms are lovely and bright and are fully carpeted, have built-in mirrored robes, ceiling fans and slight water views from the windows. The main bedroom has a queen size pine bed with bedside tables and two night lights above the bedhead while the large 2nd bedroom has a single bed and a set of bunks. The fully renovated bathroom has a good size corner spa bath with the shower over the top, a toilet and large vanity unit with large mirror. The laundry, which you will share with unit no:6 but have your own washing machine and dryer, is located just outside the front door between the two units. There is also a clothes line downstairs in the back yard of the property. The phone is for local calls and is charged at $0.40 per unit measured
