The Last Resort is an attractive single level house in a leafy setting on deep water frontage with pontoon. Its 3 bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and laundry accommodates up to 6 adult guests. Foxtel (basic + sport) is now provided free of cost. The spacious open plan living area leads onto large partially covered decks, providing great BBQ and outdoor entertaining. The house has reverse cycle airconditioning and fans. Marlow is noted for its all year round fishing and is the perfect place to enjoy boating, water sports, bushwalking or to simply escape from it all.
Harmonize with nature, enjoy the spectacular sunsets and the tranquility of this fabulous location, occasionally broken by the abundant bird and wildlife.

Location

Marlow is located just 1.5 hrs north of Sydney CBD off the F3 and 20 mins. south of Gosford at Mount White. A runabout with motor is included, if required, for transport as the property is water access only. Security parking is provided at point of access 2 mins. from the property. Across the river, Spencer Village stores offer provisions and supplies, light meals and for the indulgent, a great cappuccino!
