Beautiful, private, family orientated holiday home. Located in the Pelican Waters Estate 3km to beaches and the waters of Pumicestone Passage.
It is situated in a quiet cul de sac a short distance to the shopping village.
This single storey brick home has four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry.
Two bedrooms contain queen beds.
One bedroom has two single beds and the other bedroom can be used as a study or babies room It is equipped with a cot and change mat. Master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom. The main bathroom is situated between the other bedrooms.
The house has fans and is airconditioned. It is equipped with everything you require to make for a comfortable stay including three T.V.'s (cable television) D.V.D. player, stereo and Wii player.
The two living areas overlook the enclosed private tropical garden and pool area. Access to theses area is via the undercover outdoor entertaining area with barbeque and outdoor setting. Sun lounges are provided in the pool area.
Other facilities include a stroller and high chair for our little guests. There is a range of D.V.D.'s, board games and C.D.'s, Wii games.

A garage is provided for your car as well as extra car/boat parking space available if needed.

We didn't want to return home. The house was beautiful and had everything you could think of and catered well for children- games, toys, cot ect. We felt so relaxed there and would definitely stay again and recommend to others

We recently stated at Alicia, the house was beautifully presented and equipped with so many things we didn't expect. It exceeded our expectations.
We loved the local area, it is perfect for a family and the proximity to the local shops is great.

Our family loved staying at Alicia. It's the perfect place to stay with young children - from the range of inside games and activities to the beautiful pool outside. The house was lovely and clean and included everything we needed for our (much to) short stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous home. It's a very well equipped modern property, furnished to a very high standard. Jan and Ian are very considerate, kind hosts and have thought of just about everything we could have asked for. It was especially good for our two little children - DVDs, games, toys, cot, baby monitor, pram...everything! Very clean and comfortable, in a great location. We'll definitely stay again. Awesome accommodation!! Home away from home with those special little extras. Caters for babies/small children very well. Loved the pool! Very clean and well presented home. Will definitely be coming back to visit!!

Absolutely fantastic stay at Alicia. The property was beautiful and a home away from home with everything you could possibly want and more. The little extras which were there made our trip so enjoyable, the children's books and games and the pool was perfect for the children and my disabled sister. The house is so well equipped. Location was peaceful and quiet and very near local shops and tavern, walking distance. Jan, the owner, has excellent communication and nothing is too much. We didn't want to leave and envy anyone going to stay!!!!

It was a real pleasure to walk into this house with our family. It was clean and comfortable just like a luxurious hotel but with a lot more room. Comfortable beds and the provision of games for the kids, books to read and especially the baby equipment made our stay wonderful.
