Specialising in large groups, this new pet friendly holiday rental is one of a kind. Situated at 300 David Low Way (on a quiet service road), this beautiful high-set architect designed beach house with panoramic hinterland views and coastal glimpses provides a relaxed, luxurious family holiday, only a few minutes stroll to the beach. The layout makes this house ideal for either a couple or a couple of families. It is fully air-conditioned with fans throughout.
This house (sleeping 8 people) is on 3 levels, the upper two being the main house. Upstairs is the master bedroom (king size bed), with a 2 basin en suite, large walk in wardrobe and separate toilet. There is also an en-suited second bedroom containing two single beds (converting to a king). Both have private balconies with ocean and hinterland views.
The mid level has a modern, bright open plan, the dining area featuring a magnificent 12 seater dining table. There is a gourmet kitchen (with Nespresso machine-coffee supplied) and large living area. There is another identical master bedroom on this level with a king size bed, 2 basin en suite and separate toilet. A further bedroom has two singles (converting to a king) and its own bathroom. There are 2 large patio areas, one with eight seater outdoor dining setting and barbeque. All bedrooms have TVs.
On the lower level there is a media room, with 60" wide screen TV, DVD player with library and Austar, plus luxurious leather seating.
A few steps down will take you to a magnificent solar heated tropical pool, as well as a 10 person heated spa for relaxing after a long day at the beach.
On this level you will also find a dog washing bay, outdoor shower for beachgoers and plenty of room to store surfboards, bicycles etc. The lower level also contains a laundry with washing machine and dryer and a bathroom.
Also on this level is an optional extra to your holiday - a fully self contained 2 bedroom apartment with 2 singles in each, converting to kings, a full kitchen and dining room. This is available for $100 per night.
This house is only moments to the beach or 5 minutes walk to the fantastic restaurants, cafes and shops of Peregian Beach. Sunshine Beach and Hastings Street are a short drive.
Park safely in a double lock up garage, with off-street parking for a further 2 cars.
This house is strictly non-smoking, no commercial functions or parties and not available for end of school year celebrations.

Picture this….you are relaxing by the pool with your husband on a perfect day, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. You are chatting about your mum’s 60th birthday party last night and what a wonderful success it was. Your mum is relaxing in the master suite on the top floor after a morning of retail therapy with you and your sister at Peregian Village, only a 7 minute walk away. Your brother and his partner have the other en suited bedroom on the top floor and you have a further master suite on the living level, close to the kitchen for baby’s night time feed. The owners have included a portacot, high chair and baby bath for you. There is even a little soft toy in the cot. Your two other children have single beds on the same level, with their own bathroom.
Your sister and her husband and their two children, who flew in from the UK, have taken over the fully self-contained 2 bedroom apartment and you can hear them all chatting and laughing with your kids the10 seater spa. The apartment is next door to the media room, so the kids can stay up as long as they like watching DVDs from the media library without disturbing anyone.
The beautiful and spotlessly clean house is surrounded by large and small decks and areas so that everyone can have private time or be together as the mood takes them. Your brother brought his 2 dogs on holiday as well, and they have been supplied with feeding bowls, beds, towels and treats. They love the nearby dog friendly beach and are there now with your dad and brother.
The birthday celebrations last night started on the deck with sweeping hinterland views, where you watched the sun setting with a glass of champagne. You then moved in to the magnificent 12 seater dining table and you and your sister cooked up a storm in the gourmet kitchen, fitted with everything you could possibly need including plenty of platters, champagne and wine glasses, even a blender for pre-dinner Dacquaris.
It’s been the most perfect of holidays, your mum has never been happier, and your sister announces at the end of the dinner that another baby is on the way! You all decide to return next year to the Peregian Holiday House, where beautiful family memories are created.
