An open plan Lounge, Dining & Kitchen with 2 bedrooms (1 x Queen Bed & Double & Single Bed in 2nd Bedroom) and 1 bathroom all on the ground level of the building, which has level access to the fully fenced front garden, carport, BBQ area and an outside shower for washing off salt and sand, while the owner occupies the second story (separate entrance, driveways & road).
As well as the main surfing beach, there's a leash-free beach for dogs, so you can book a holiday with the whole family, but please check with us before you bring your pets.
Emerald Beach - Heaven on Earth!
Emerald Beach is a small village 20km's North of Coffs Harbour with two great award winning restaurants, a pizzeria (great for the kids), general store and bottle shop.
Supermarkets and larger shops are close by at Moonee Beach and Woolgoolga, while Coffs Harbour is the major shopping precinct.
There is also great Cafes, Parks & Beaches at North Sapphire & Woolgoola.
Award-winning Saltwater Cafe and Restaurant has been recommended by the Good Food Guide for several years ("...a relaxed and stylish vibe..."). They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner (great for coffee). Open Wed - Sun.

lovely apartment in a great location. We made amistake in transferring the deposit and the owners couldnt have been more helpful. kids loved having extra tv channels. would recommend.
