Description

Just 1 hour north of Sydney. Beautiful five bedroom house with Balinese landscaped gardens. Timbered floors throughout. Four extra large bedrooms, all with built-ins, fifth with bunks. Main with ensuite plus two extra bathrooms. Fully selfcontained kitchen. Massive covered entertaining area for relaxing in the sun or spa, while waiting for the BBQ. Plenty of room inside and out for two families.

Enjoy an early morning swim, surf or fish or just a stroll with your dog on Budgewoi Beach.
Head down to the local restaurants for breakfast or enjoy your own bacon on eggs from the BBQ.
In the evening enjoy a night out at the beautifully renovated family friendly Coast Hotel (200m walk).


We are pet friendly. Pets are even permitted on Budgewoi Beach.

Lake Budgewoi (just 300m from house)

Use the boat ramp on Lake Budgewoi and enjoy a nice day on the Lake with fishing or watersports.

Or enjoy a nice bicycle ride around the lake.
