Description
"Blue's Haven" is situated within walking distance to the river, North Haven Bowling Club and shops and only a short drive or bike ride to the beach.
Downstairs consists of a good sized modern kitchen with dishwasher, wall oven and good sized breakfast bar, loungeroom, bathroom with bath, separate toilet and laundry with extra toilet. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, a small kitchenette, another bathroom with bath and a good sized deck with views to the Bowling Club and River. The back yard is fenced and there is an outdoor entertaining area complete with bbq, tables and chairs and even a table tennis table.
There are 4 good sized bedrooms - 2 queen beds and 6 singles. Sleeps 10. Bedroom 1 (downstairs) has 1 queen bed + a single daybed , bedroom 2 (downstairs) has 2 sets of double bunks, bedroom 3 (upstairs) has 1 queen bed and bedroom 4 (upstairs) has 2 single beds. Dryer in garage.There is also a portable cot available.
