Description
Enjoy good old fashioned hospitality - you will love staying with us on our 285 acre working merino farm where our main focus is to grow fine merino wool.
We love introducing you to all the many delights of the country, while still enjoying all the comforts of home. Learn how to milk a goat, pat a sheep and give a bottle to a baby lamb. Children are welcome to help us to catch and groom our horses and then enjoy a pony led ride. You are welcome to feed your food scaps to the chickens and collect their eggs each day. Pick fresh fruit from our orchard and learn how to preserve (as well as eat) the fruit. Go on a tour around our farm in the farm truck and catch a yabby or two for breakfast. Children can learn how to bake something yummy each day for afternoon tea. As you can appreciate, some activites are however seasonal and some will also depend on weather conditions.
A continential breakfast with fresh homemade bread and fresh farm eggs is also included in your stay. Accommodation can comfortably cater up to 11 guests at a time.
Ba Mack Homestead and Ba Mack Cottage offers a great experience for couples, families and groups to stay on a working farm with luxury farmstay accommodation. A place where you can just relax - take some time out, soak in the views of the rolling hills, enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets and re-connect with farm life, while still enjoying all the comforts of home.
There are a few options available for you when staying with us: -
BA MACK COTTAGE
Stay in the newly built self-contained cottage with two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and one with a single bed and a bunk bed. Full kitchen facilites, wood fire heater (wood supplied) and laundry facilites. Private verandah to watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Afternoon tea on arrival. Continental breakfast is included in your stay, including fresh homemade bread delivered to you each morning. All linen, crockery, tea, coffee and juice and more are provided. Complimentary chocs and port left for your enjoyment.
BA MACK HOMESTEAD
Stay with us in the homestead with your own private guest wing. Three large bedrooms, two with queen sized beds and one with two single beds. Private verandah, lounge room, bathroom and private sauna (adults only). Afternoon tea on arrival. Continental breakfast made for you each morning, including fresh homemade bread. All linen, tea, coffee and juice and more are provided during your stay. Complimentary chocs and port left for your enjoyment. Private kitchen facilites are not available, however you are more than welcome to use our very large kitchen and BBQ and prepare your own meals at any time, you are made to feel very much at home.
BA MACK TRAIN CARRIAGE
Our newly renovated train carriage "the old red rattler" will be open to take guests for accommodation from 1st July 2103.
The train will have two bedrooms, one with a double sized bed and one with a single bed and a bunk bed. Full kitchen facilites, wood fire heater (wood supplied) and laundry facilites. Private setting to watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Afternoon tea on arrival. Continental breakfast is included in your stay, including fresh homemade bread delivered to you each morning. All linen, crockery, tea, coffee and juice and more are provided. Complimentary chocs and port left for your enjoyment

**MID WEEK SPECIAL** STAY WITH US FOR TWO NIGHTS (SUNDAY - THURSDAY NIGHT) AND RECEIVE AN EXTRA NIGHT AT NO CHARGE (EXCEPT SCHOOL HOLIDAYS AND LONG WEEKENDS)

Minimum 2 night stay over Long Weekends and School Holidays.
Optional Extras: -
Upgrade to a full country breakfast with bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, sausages, onions as well as cereal, yogurt and fresh homemade bread - $20 per adult. Children are free.
Babysitting so you can go out for dinner / do a wine tour or would like to simply spend time on your own without the kids $20 per hour per family, lunch / dinner provided for the children.
Don't forget to ask about dinner with us in the homestead or if you would prefer, we are happy to deliver to you in your cottage. We offer a lovely main meal with a glass of wine / beer and desert served with homemade ice-cream with chef's special of the night. Tea, coffee and port for just $40 per adult and $10 per child 3 years and over. We are also more than happy to provide lunch for just $20 per adult and $5 per child. Please give at least 48 hours notice if requiring lunch and or dinner, so that we can prepare something special for you.
