This is a well appointed two story Beach House directly opposite the Surf Life Saving Club at Ocean Beach, views to the surf, 60m to the sand and patrolled beach. It is located just five minutes walk to the Main Street of Umina Beach having cafes, restaurants, shops and a large Woolworths and Coles. No need to drive anywhere, stay, relax, get a coffee, read a book, great for beaching or fishing.

Luxury accommodation for up to 9 in total or ideal for 2 Families (especially with young children). Downstairs boasts two large bedrooms (one with en suite), one single room, modern kitchen, separate bathroom with spa bath, laundry and living area. Upstairs has one large bedroom with en suite and walk through wardrobe and a bedroom with 1 single and 1 king single bed (with single trundle bed), large living area and outside deck with views to the ocean and heads. Perfect for sitting relaxing, looking at the ocean, and taking in the sea breeze.

It is located just over an hour from Sydney in a quiet part of the Central coast.

Please note: This property is not suitable for Parties or Functions. Tenant undertaking must be signed by a person over 30 years of age.

The house is layed out so well that none of us were in each others way which is just what you want! It was so close to everything and even when the weather was bad we could still find things to do. I highly recommend this lovely place!"

Thank you Sandy, everything was superbly clean, stylish and more than a home away from home!! We had a wonderful time, needed for nothing and enjoyed our experience enormously. Sitting with drinks on the balcony listening to the sounds of the surf is definitely the way to spend a Saturday afternoon. We would highly recommend Ocean Stays, gorgeous!!"

  • "The property is well positioned. It is clean and tidy. It is spacious and well appointed. I highly recommended this place to those who intend to stay in the peninsula. I would like to make some suggestions : 1.cloth hangers could be provided in the wardrobes. 2. hair blower could be provided 3. lighting should be instlled in the outdoor area 4. the barbecue stove has to be replaced as it is not working properly.   • "This lovely house was perfect for us. A beautiful location next to the beach and the SLSC and central to the many great coffee shops and restaurants in the area - but still very peaceful. We found everything we could possibly need. Sandy was very accommodating and helpful in every way - we even had a lovely box of chocolates,a bottle of wine and some tea bags waiting for us when we arrived! We will be back here for sure."
