Arriba Beachfront Cottage was Amazing! The house was so modern and well kept. The location was perfect, right across from the beach what more could you ask for! The decor was outstanding with the Arriba logo printed everywhere. The owner was fantastic, so friendly and approachable.
I would highly recommend staying here.

A very belated review of our stay at Arriba in September. Tracey was a delight to deal with and very accommodating. Arriba is all that you could hope for, and the location is perfect. A stroll to town, and across from the beach, a perfect spot for some seaside R&R. The cycle path to Wollongong is safe and easy, and has some lovely views, highly recommended. Arriba is ideal for family and/or friends, will definitely return.

A really great holiday house. Was excellent being so close to the beach. The house was large enough for all ten of us to have our own space when we needed it, but was even better when we were all in the living/dining room or outside together. The kitchen was big enough for a few people to help, and the BBQ made things easier as well. Everything was nicely furnished, and not having to bring linen or bath towels was very useful. Looking forward to my next visit!

My family consisting of 5 adults and 3 children ranging in age from 63 down to 6 had a wonderful 3 nights at Arriba. Everything was well catered for, the beds were comfortable, linen top quality. Even the 6 year old had toys to play with. Would definitely recommend for a group of 10 of varying ages. Stacey was a great help with questions answered before we arrived and a lovely host to greet us when we arrived.

Thank you! We had a fabulous time. The beds were extremely comfortable, the view stunning - loved being able to see it clearly through clean windows without getting the wind as well. Short walk to Austinmere and easy walk to Thirroul. I personally LOVED the nautical theme as my father, uncles and grandfather were mariners. We were warm, we could easily prepare food (kitchen can fit lots of helpers!) and the bathrooms were great too! We had a great time and are planning to return next year! Thanks so much!

Arriba Beachfront Cottage was an absolutely fantastic house in a perfect location! We enjoyed a long-weekend stay with our 3-year old son. The quick walk to the new playground at Thirroul beach was great, lots of space to run around, and the beach right across the quiet road (unfortunately we didn't make use of the beach due to the very windy weather, but we will be back again at a warmer time of year). The house had everything you could want and more, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished. Loved the nautical themed artefacts - lots of fun! A big thank you to Tracey for greeting us so warmly when we arrived. We hope to visit again soon!

This property provided the perfect venue for our winter family function. We celebrated an important birthday with the whole family enjoying the views, the time at the beach and the house with its brilliant decor. We enjoyed not being rushed into leaving after the birthday cake which is usually the case for family functions. We will be back even though we live just up the road.

We knew this home looked gorgeous in the pictures but we were completely impressed during our stay. The home was absolutely beautiful and in immaculate condition. The beds were comfy, the Sheridan towels and linen a treat, plenty of space for everyone, and you cannot beat the location! Staying in Arriba house was fantastic, the house is just awesome, heaps of space and so quiet and lovely atmosphere, and the location right on the beach is perfect! It is definitely the house of my dream. Tracey who looks after the guests is also helpful and very friendly which makes the booking process very easy. I highly recommend this house for weekends off the city or holidays!

We had a fantastic stay at Arriba Cottage. Its location is magical and the kids had loads of fun going for walks on the beach and jumping of the sand hills. The house is very comfortable with plenty of space for two families, great beds, lovely new bathroom with beautiful shower. The atmosphere is very relaxing in both good or bad weather. You can curl up on a couch, read a book or stare out at the waves...what more could you want! Close to shops, cafes, video ezy etc. so a very easy place to have a holiday with children. We will be back...

A huge thank-you to Tracey and Brian for a fantastic family holiday. Arriba offered everything we needed - 10 seconds to the beach, a beautifully appointed house that catered to everyone's needs including two babies and only a five minute walk away from cafe's, bars and shops. Our family had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. Excellent location by the beach and the kids loved the quiet street and being able to play outside in the 'secret treehouse'. We also enjoyed being close to town and able to walk everywhere. The house was very well set up and very spacious. It was nice sitting at the dining table and looking out to the ocean. We will definitely be back!

This beachfront accomodation is 1 in a million! The gorgeous veiws of the beach at your front door, to the beautiful modernly decorated house! The house is absolutly amazing....We all had a ball! The perfect little getaway! We were fortunate enough to have stayed at Arriba only a couple of weekends ago where we celebrated my husband���s 30th Birthday. It was the perfect little escape from Sydney. Tracey and the owners of Arriba have thought of everything. We loved the location, the ducted air conditioning, the huge main bedroom with ensuite, the open planned kitchen and huge entertaining lounge, huge dining area and the marine artefacts throughout the house. Arriba Beachfront Cottage was perfect for our needs. The location was ideal- located at the end of a quiet street, just metres from the beach and a short walk to local shops and cafes. The house has been beautifully furnished and we had everything we needed for our stay. You could watch the rolling surf from the lounge and dining area. We appreciated the reverse cycle air con as we stayed in mid-wid winter but never felt the seasonal chill. The deck area catches plenty of sunshine, so is perfect for relaxing. The manager was very helpful. We thoroughly recommend this cottage.

What a house! What a location! What a renovation! The owners were even nice enough to leave my fav bottle of wine and some yummy dark chocolate to go with it. We did check in later on in the evening. Even in the dark the views were breath taking. Come early morning, I was absolutely blown away. The place just has this "the beach house, Summer bay, Irene's place on Home&away" feel to it. It is not much to look at from the outside, although its nothing short of the versace palace on the inside. I would definitely recommend it to large families as it is well equipped to cope with the traffic, or just a romantic weekend away for a couple done the trick for me. I have already spoken to Tracey regarding a secondary booking.

This beach cottage is the perfect escape away. We loved it and thought it was absolutely perfect. The house was gorgeous and to wake to that fantastic wonderful view each day and hear the waves crashing, was so relaxing and peaceful. Just wish we could go again andn again.
