A beautiful family styled home in a quiet area yet close to all facilities. Inclusions are second to none with a split area for parents & children to enjoy their own company under the one roof.
Melaleuca is in a quiet residential area and is NOT a PARTY HOUSE.
Bookings not accepted for parties/functions/under 25's/schoolies or bucks & hens weekends
House has main bedroom with queen bed & ensuite. Second bedroom has a double bed. Third bedroom has two sets of bunks.Upstairs also has another bathroom & separate toilet. Downstairs there is a double bed with a single bunk as well as another bathroom and toilet.
Upstairs has a lounge and dining area with flat screen TV/DVD/Stereo system.
Downstairs rumpus room has lounge flat screen TV/DVD.
Outdoor setting to seat 8-12 person is at the back entrance together with the BBQ.
Verandah upstairs is ideal for relaxing and whale watching!
