The house has a beautiful north / northwest aspect over the water, and captures amazing afternoon and evening light.

Lakeside is designed as a place for discerning adults to unwind and catch-up. Not suitable for children under the age of six.

Kick-back with a book and glass of vino in the outside lounge area.
Cook up a storm in the gourmet kitchen.
Stroll to the beach for a morning dip.
Feed the ducks at the bottom of the garden.
Picnic under the trees.

State of the art kitchen with 5-burner stove top, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Breakfast bar with views over lagoon. Stone worktops. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils to make your stay feel like home away from home.

MAIN BATHROOM

Designed to bring the outdoors in! Throw open the bifold window and enjoy the power of the rainwater showerhead. Also contains concealed laundry.


GARDEN

Absolutely stunning native garden with multiple seating areas so you can chill out quietly, or catch up with the others. BBQ area with table and chairs. Outdoor lounge area. Outdoor shower (private). Fenced area, and winding garden path down to lagoon. Abundance of birdlife - kookaburras, lorrikeets, cockatoos, ducks, swans, etc. Sit on the summerseat and be wowed by nature!


Lakeside is a holiday home for groups of friends or couples. Strictly no parties/function of any kind i.e. no Schoolies, or Bucks / Hens parties. Not suitable for children under the age of six.

Copacabana

Copa is a lovely township known for good surf and a long pristine beach. Cockrone lagoon separates the Copacabana section of beach from the Macmasters part of the beach.

Copa has a modern surfclub with a large deck overlooking the ocean. The surfclub often has live music on a Friday. Food and drink available.

There are also several places to eat in town, as well as a chemist, bakery, off-licence, newsagents, and general store.

There are tennis courts near the primary school - access can be arranged via the guys at the newsagents.

The northern (Copacabana) and southern (Macmasters) ends of the beach are both patrolled by surf lifesavers during the warmer months. Please remember to swim between the flags :-)
