Description
Three bedroom apartment facing north, overlooking the beautiful Cylinder Beach, one of Austrlia's greatest and safest beaches. The apartment is situated on the second level surrounded by lush tropical forest and rolling surf. The beach has direct access with no roads to cross. Between May and October whales can be viewed from the patio. The apartment is centally located, only 200 metres to the supermarket and a five minute walk to the Point Lookout Hotel. If driving to the beach is not your cup of tea, then this is your best option.
The Apartment
The apartment has three bedrooms with bedding for 7 people. The main bedroom has a walk-in robe with ensuite and private balcony. The bed is a new queen size ensemble. There is also an 81cm LCD TV in the main bedroom.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a single bed with built in robes. The third bedroom has two single beds and robe. All bedrooms are screened with ceiling fans.
The apartment has an open living area with lounge and dining room. Dining table seats 8 people while the lounge room contains a 46 inch LCD tv with Foxtel cable network. The patio overlooking Cylinder Beach has an extendable outdoor table for up to 8 people, a sunlounge and barbeque. The unit is tiled throughout with rugs in all rooms. The apartment contains a dishwasher, front loader washing machine with washing powder and dryer. When booking please ensure you check that ferry transfers are available on your travel days. Linen and bath towels are not supplied. You may bring your own or hire them from a local linen hire firm on he Island. This can be arranged at time of booking.
Kitchen
The kitchen contains all the appliances required to make your holiday as easy or as sophisticated as you wish. There is a rice cooker, blender, mixer, wok, microwave, coffee plunger, sandwich toaster and dishwasher. Also a gas barbeque can be found on the deck. There is outdoor seating for eight people with an extendable table on the deck.

Prices
School holidays require 7 day minimum with check in/out Saturday unless otherwise agreed. Tariff excludes linen, but includes reasonable cleaning of apartment. BBQ must be cleaned to avoid extra charge. A refundable bond of $150 is maybe payable.

Free barge transfers for bookings of 7 days or more in off peak or winter school holidays. Book 5 nights Sunday to Thursday (off peak) and get one night free. $50 return barge fare for 3 to 6 night stays.
