It has been designed by 2 renowned environmental engineers with passive solar features throughout, solar hot water, double-glazed windows which are positioned to maximise the air flow. Superb warmth when you need it and cool in summer months with minimal environmental footprint.
Fully enclosed front and back yard makes it safe for all your loved ones - the children, your dogs (most welcome) and of course that V8 Supercar, Ducati or Harley! Driveway with remote security gate can fit up to 3 cars.
The location says it all - Perfectly positioned with, the Surf Beach at the end of the street and just a stones throw to the Cape Woolamai shops. Grand Prix circuit and penguins 10 mins drive, walking distance to the famous Chocolate Factory!
This 2 storey solidly built home has a large industrial style kitchen, complete with chefs gas fired cast iron stove top and Cappuccino machine to enjoy whilst reading the paper at the 8 seater kitchen dining table. The kitchen overlooks the sunken lounge/entertainment area with another 12 seater dining table, TV, DVD, CD etc .

North West facing Lounge with floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass wall opening out onto to huge entertaining deck with BBQ.
The word "Tampa" means "sticks of fire "in the language of the Calusa, a Native American tribe. So gather those sticks and fire up the wood fuelled BBQ!
Natural landscpe designs make this a picture perfect location to kick back on the deck and watch that sun come up and go down.

From March 2-21st food and wine lovers indulge in Phillip Island events endorsed as part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival 2012, which will celebrate its 20th Year in 2012.
The Festival in March, will showcase the very things that make Phillip Island a gastronomic playground. Small producers raise highland cattle and other accredited environmental beef. Abalone and crayfish are caught professionally off the coast while amateurs flock to Westernport for fine-fleshed whiting and flathead. Phillip Island stamps its own in this great state.
