The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds but it can be furnished according to the needs of the tenant and if required as a study or home office; it can be arranged to suit your needs, this bedroom also has a built-in wardrobe with shelving for storage.

The kitchen is very well equipped has cupboards and shelving for storage and a full compliment of table ware, cooking pots and kitchen equipment. It has a picture window, with extensive views to distract you from the cooking chores; so just send out for a take-away, there are many excellent restaurants within a minutes walk, you can then enjoy relaxing with views that are nothing short of breathtaking!!! Extending from the city and overland to Botany Bay. You also have district views from the bedrooms stretching across to Botany Bay.

The main bathroom has a shower cubicle while the en-suite bathroom has a shower over the bath. Both bathrooms are modern the washbasins are set in marble with marble wall tiles.

Keys are picked up from a central office location in Darlinghurst on day of arrival. Check-in is from 2:30pm. Check-out is 10am.
