We had a terrific time. The accommodation is exactly as you see it on the website. Bill is very helpful and only to willing to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The yard is more than adequate for our 2 dogs who slept outside on the covered porch. Drinks on the porch at sundown are a must. Very relaxing. We will definately be back.

Would highly recomend Bay Shore, Bill the owner was so nice and helpful, we had the best time ever, it was great to be able to take our 2 little dogs with us as they are part of our family/ The house was very clean, great to be able to walk outside straigh onto the jetty,anyone thinking about stay, you wont regret it.

bayshores is a perfect family gateaway stayed here for 3 nights( should have booked longer!) dont even need to go anywhere else as there are heaps of activities to do on the lake just right at your doorstep!!!...the house is big and comfortable also some nice little shops just around the corner or if you fancy to have lunch/dinner lots of choices in the area too...kids loved the kayak & our little pup enjoyed the view of the lake too from the fenced yard...will def come back!!!

Highly recommend Bayshores for couples or large families. Very spacious, quite and relaxing. Close to town and the property backs right onto Lake Macquarie so easy access for our boat. We had a great time fishing and relaxing.

Great holiday home, spacious with everything needed for a great relaxing holiday. Spectacular scenery and very quiet. My very elderly parents had the very roomy downstairs bedroom with ensuite and the rest of the family had heaps of room upstairs. Bill was very obliging with any requests. Great relaxing stay, fed the ducks while having our bbq. Very spacious house and large kitchen and dining area.
The best part is the view from the mini-wharf, and the canoes and kayaks provided. Truly a great place to stay!

Fantasic property. The owner Bill was so lovely and very helpful. This property is perfect for either a couple / friends / family. Very spacious and large. With two bathrooms, two loungerooms, full kitchen, there is more than enough room. Was very nice to drive into the automatic garage. You couldn't beat the view from the balcony and lounge of the lake being only metres away. Having use of the boat and canoes was fantastic and a lovely way to finish off each day watching the sunset - beautiful!

Perfect accommodation for our large group during our State sailing championships over Easter. Space to spread out and very clean. All the garage space was fantastic for boat/trailer storage. Position was quiet but not too far for a pleasant walk into Toronto. Would definately make this our first choice accommodation if we are sailing up this way again.

We had a great time staying at Bay Shores. The house was very comfortable for our family of 5. Toronto is a lovely small town, but has plenty of shops and restaurants (including McDonald's). If you're interested in local history, then take a visit to the old railway station (Sun & Wed pm) and see the small museum there.

The houses were new, modern and plenty of space and contain all of the neccessities required for good quality time away. Remote controlled doors on the double garage was handy. The scenery over the Bay at the back of the properties is a very peaceful outlook. Great to chill out!

Bayshores is a terrific family holiday house. The place is spacious, very well appointed and comfortable. The kids loved the setting and enjoyed the canoes, fishing and big expanses of lawn to kick a ball around. Breaky on the veranda overlooking the lake is a great way to start the day. And the peaceful setting makes you feel like you are a million miles from anywhere and yet shops and restaurants of Toronto are just a short stroll away. Thanks Bill for your warm hospitality.

We were very pleased with our choice of Bayshores. The house is spacious and well equipped and located in a quiet neighbourhood. It's spot by the lake is very pleasant.
