Ellora Cottage (available from 1st July 2011) is a fully renovated cottage comprising of two queen size bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen adjoining a family dining room. There is a gas bbq for guests to use, all linen provided, plus TV and DVD. Continental breakfast provisions supplied, plus farm fresh eggs.
$200 per night for 1 room, with a two night minimum stay. Otherwise $320 per night for 2 rooms, with a two night minimum stay.
No pets allowed as it is a working farm.
Ellora cottage is situated at no. 501 Concrete Bridge Road, Joanna.
18 kms to Naracoorte, 5 minutes to the World Heritage Naracoorte Caves, and 20 minutes to the heart of the Coonawarra wine region.

What an amazing base from which to explore the fantastic wineries of the Coonawarra. Very stylish, comfortable accommodation in a gorgeous setting. Ample breakfast provisions. Janet was a great host - we hope to return soon.

A chocolate box cottage, meticulously clean and beautifully presented. Superb linen, very comfortable beds. We spent a perfect week here over Christmas, and didn't want for anything. Thoroughly recommended as a perfect place to stay while exploring the Coonawarra and Naracoorte. Thank you, Janet.

This was our first stop on a two week holiday to Uluru and King's Canyon, and our stay was absolutely perfect. We were greeted with a roaring log fire on arrival, which was so welcome on a cold evening. The cottage is beautifully furnished and has excellent facilities, with lots of goodies in the fridge to enjoy. It is situated on a quiet lane, so is very peaceful, but still very close to Penola, Narracoorte, the caves and wineries of the area. Would highly recommend this as a great getaway if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing time - we will certainly visit again sometime! Thanks to Janet for the wonderfully restful stay.
