Fantastic house and location for a family reunion. Modern home, good amenities with the outdoor dining area on large balcony offering the most spectacular views. A great and welcome change from a coastal holiday. Definitely recommend.

Our visit was very relaxing, the house had everything we needed for comfort and entertainment, and the tennis courts were an added bonus. We loved the kangaroos visible from the verandah, the birds and the beautiful native landscaping. The house was very clean, well designed, and there were many personal touches that made us feel welcome. Everyone was happy there from teenagers to 86 year old Grandma. One night the water pressure dropped, and the owner was accessible to solve the problem quickly. The town and surrounding area are lovely and I would have liked to have had more time to explore. We would highly recommend this house for a vacation, and would love to go back there again.

We loved this house - a great view and lots of supplied games and books to keep us entertained. The kitchen is well stocked too.
There were 6 adults staying in this house and there was plenty of room.
Lovely peaceful location with a great view. We'll be back.

Very pleasant place to stay and large comfortable house.
Well equipped and perfect view. Light sleepers should sleep upstairs (plenty of room, bit of an echo downstairs though). Beautiful large bathrooms and excellent balcony for relaxing and entertaining.
We weren't there for golf but excellent vantage point if that's why you're visiting, and you'll see plenty of wild life in the area.
Overall the house had everything a large group or family could need, enough entertainment facilities if required and a commanding view over the resort and the valley.

Our stay at Belle Vue was absolutely fantastic. No words to describe. Very calm, very neat and beautifully architectured house. My family and our friend's family stayed over the weekend. As we entered the house, we went exploring the place. For the next 5 minutes the only word we all had to say was "wow wow". No kidding. We would definetly go there for another visit.
One more thing that i need to mention is that since we were early in Kangaroo valley, we were allowed to check in early -- unlike in some hotels and holiday homes.
