Description
AMBER House is a newly renovated home consisting of 3 bedrooms, main with ensuite, walk in robe and brass double bed.Second bedroom has Queen bed suite,and built in robes.
Third bed has 2 single beds, built in robes there is a basket of toys for the children in this room. Family/ Kitchen has futon bed that converts to Double bed. ( house sleeps max of 8). Lounge has flatscreen TV, video player,DVD player. Air conditioner.
Videos and DVD.s. There are books for both young and not so young, and a selection of board games. The house has a full main bath room with double shower and bath. Kitchen has dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer,microwave. Complimentry tea and coffee. Laundry has both washer and dryer, detergent and softner for 2 washes. There is a deck at the back with BBQ, and a court yard setting with table and chairs. The yards both front and back are enclosed,and a carport with roller door that locks. There is also a verandah at the front with table and chairs. A cottage garden.
Pets by arrangement only. The house is fully fenced and the pergola area at the back of the house provides cover. Pets are not allowed inside the house.

Sovereign Hill is a must see.
The Mt Helen Bird park is a favourite of mine.
Wildlife and Reptile Park, the Kids love this place.
Eureka Centre.
The village of Buninyong 8 mins towards Geelong.Great for walks, and push bike riders.
A bike track runs opposite Amber House, just down towards the schools, it runs south to Buninyong and North to the City Center.
Lake Wendouree, with its bird life,and fine dining nearby.
The city center with its shopping is great.
