Situated on the Fishpen in one of Merimbula's most sought after locations. This unit has front and back balconies, a spa, is fully self contained with plenty of room to move. This unit is a short flat walk from town and has off street parking. The backyard is fully fenced. Although this is pet friendly accommodation, you will be required to bring bedding etc for your pet.

Well appointed holiday stay. Spacious layout and all spotlessly clean - particularly given it was available to dog owners like us. Good location overlooking recreation area and ocean with easy walk to beach and great cafe next door. A couple of downsides - the balcony of our unit would have been better if there had been more screening on on side - it was a little windy sitting out and the immediate view was just over some roofs so would not have mattered if it was slightly obscured. Decor in bedroom, bathroom and kitchen all pleasantly neutral with nice colour touches but living area could do with an update to give a more "beachy feel" - the black metal in particular felt very urban and let down the quality of the rest.
