Tastefully and fully furnished throughout, this prime positioned, well appointed and superior quality one bedroom apartment on the ground floor at the front of the iconic Broadview Waterfront Apartments building (opposite the Brunswick River), is right in the heart of beautiful Brunswick Heads in Northern New South Wales. The apartment sleeps a maximum of three people (King size bed and sofa).
The 'Broadview' building is the most well known accommodation venue in Brunswick Heads, and has often been described as the "best location in town" at 12 Fawcett Street, overlooking the Brunswick River and the site of the famous Brunz Markets held on the first Saturday of each month.
The apartment has: a king size bed, air conditioning, full cooking facilities, microwave, fridge, 40" full HD TV, 26" LED TV, Blu-Ray player, iPod/iPhone player/charger, free WIFI, washing machine, clothes dryer, hair dryer, full length bathtub, beach towels, ironing facilities and off-street parking. There is also a beautiful garden area at rear with BBQ facilities available.
Appealing to the discerning guest, towels and linen are provided and are of high quality, with locally made organic Sanctum products provided in the bathroom. Everything you will need for that indulgent getaway.
A gentle 2 minute walk will take you to the heart of Brunswick Heads village where you can sample a range of lovely cafes, restaurants and funky shops.
Brunswick Heads is a small unspoilt coastal village on the NSW north coast, situated at the mouth of the Brunswick River. The town is 15 minutes north of Byron Bay and 30 minutes from the Gold Coast. It is only 30 minutes by car from both Coolangatta and Ballina airports. Airport shuttle services from both airports to your door.
Despite the surrounding coastal development, Brunswick Heads has retained its traditional seaside village atmosphere. Timber bridges link the riverside to a safe, quiet beach at the mouth of the Brunswick River and to the surf beach that spans the coastline all the way to Byron Bay.
The small community of Brunswick Heads has ensured that there is a quality mix of cafes, restaurants, speciality shops, accommodation and a variety of activities to cater for families, couples and the most discerning visitors.
