Cairnomohr......or "care no more" has all you need for a relaxing and fun filled holiday. The quiet location at the end of a cul de sac is very secluded with no neighbours to be seen. Your relaxing time, starts when you first sit on the verandah and watch the birds and kangaroos. The fun begins when you visit the games shed, which we have decked out with gym equipment, table tennis, darts, foosball and much more.
The property is located not far from Lamonts Winery and Gallery, and is very convenient for local shopping at Dunsborough and other top wineries are only 10 minutes away.
The 6 acres provides a very secluded holiday, with lots of bird life and kangaroos visit on a daily basis.

The kitchen, lounge and dining area is plenty big enough for 10 people, and there is a separate lounge or kids activity area next to the TV lounge ( 50 " PLasma digital TV ) DVD , and CD player and lots of games to play at night. This area is airconditioned ( hot or cold) and the wood fire and electrics blankets keep you warm in winter. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for those hot summer nights.

Sofa bed is in the activity room.

Minimum stay is 2 nights. 3 nights for long weekends and 4 nights for Easter. Min 5 night stay over Xmas New Year period.

A light clean after your stay is also included. We expect the house to be left neat and tidy.
A deposit bond is required as confirmation of your booking. Payment of tariff in full is required 14 days prior to arrival date. The bond is paid back by direct debit within 2 days of leaving, or by other arrangements with owners.
Cancellations:
Every endeavour is made to re book the time cancelled, but if this is not possible your deposit is forfeited. If the time is rebooked by another client, your deposit is refunded in full (less a $ 50 cancellation fee ). Also if the new booking rate has to be discounted then the shortfall is deducted from the deposit. Notification of cancellation must be recieved at least 60 days prior to your booking.
Note: Pricing is subject to change, and a minimum stay period and other conditions may apply. You should confirm pricing with the property owner.
