TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Arrival - check-in is from 2pm however this is flexible depending on availability. It is necessary to make contact prior to your arrival so we can arrange a time to meet, greet and hand over keys and remotes to the villa.
Departure- check-out time is 10am at the latest (unless otherwise arranged) to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests and the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Damages, breakages theft and loss are the tennants responsibility during their stay.
No smoking is allowed inside the property.
In accordance with the Gold Coast City Council bylaws and Stayz Holiday Rental Group code of conduct Villa on Dolphin has a very strict no function or party policy, nor are schoolies allowed. Villa on Dolphin is situated within a residential suburb, breaches in any of the above will result in eviction.
