Pieter Cornelis "Piet" Mondrian () was a Dutch painter and an important contributor to the De Stijl art movement. He is most famous for his grid paintings with three primary colours, but our favourite is his painting of an amaryllis in a glass bottle which hangs above the dining table.
This property has undergone extensive renovations and now presents itself as clean, fresh and inviting. Featuring tall ceilings and polished floor boards with a lovely country kitchen and colourful decor, this truly is a home away from home.
Mondrian on Wray accommodates 6 people in 2 queen beds and 2 single beds.
You are surrounded by cafes, the local fruit and vege shop and can walk into Fremantle in a matter of minutes. The Fremantle Hospital is very close by if visiting for that purpose.

Initially a bit disappointed, but house really grew on me as my stay went on. Nice house to come back to after a days work. Quiet and in a good street.
Very good fruit and veg shop with deli 100m down the road. Good location, easy 15 mins walk to train station, 10 mins to restaurant strip and 5 mins to hospital and markets.
House is clean if sparsely furnished. Bed in main bedroom is comfortable and kitchen is well equipped.
Toilet is dated but shower has been recently refurbished.
Would stay again.

Very nice and charming house in Fremantle. It's conveniently located. It's walking distance from Fremantle centre and the "cappuccino strip". About 100 meters down the street there is a little supermarket for your day to day shopping and it's open 7 days a week; very handy!
The rooms in the house were big and nicely decorated. I would certainly recommend the house to anyone who is thinking about staying in Freo!

Mondrian was very comfortable, beautifully decorated. Kitchen very well equipped. GREAT location, easy walk to Fremantle markets, cafes and shops, also down to South Fremantle.
There is a fruit shop/deli and a butcher a few houses away, plus two very good cafes in the same street. Highly recommended, perfect for a family.
