The townhouse was simply amazing so beautifully and tastefully decorated well deserved of it's luxury townhouse title, the appliances were all top class and we were left wanting for nothing, the bath in the upstairs bathroom was so deep and luxurious, both bathrooms were lovely and so clean, the roof top spa was sparkling clean and it was wonderful to be in the spa and look out at the city at night, the beds were all very comfortable and all the bedrooms had flat screen televisions, we felt absolutely indulged while we were there.
Matt was a pleasure to deal with nothing was too much trouble, would we stay again...yes in a heartbeat!

Amazing house! Looks like a brick warehouse from the outside, inside opens up into beautfil 3 level townhouse, great furnishings, very clean and spacious, comfy beds. Rooftop spa has a great view to the city. Easy access to transport (tram and train) or short $5-$10 taxi ride to the city. Matt was a pleasure to deal with, cannot wait to come back and would highly recommend this property!

Our ladies group of 5 (some very well traveled) found this outstanding. The house is amazing and spacious. The location perfect for getting everywhere-the price excellent. It was the best accommodation we could have ever imagined! Matt was able to add some special touches requested by the group and was fantastic in his communication and follow up. Even our kia carnival fitted into the garage, which is amazing for off street parking in Melbourne! Thank you Matt, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your absolutely stunning warehouse! Scrupulously clean and with all the home comforts you could wish for, including lots of heating - much needed in Melbourne winter!! Walking distance to Bridge Road/ Chapel Street and some great dining out - including the Aviary on Victoria St.
A spacious, relaxing and funky pad, with some extra special touches that mean we will be back again soon!

This property is a real find in inner Melbourne,close to good coffee shops and restaurants, transport (train & bus) and to the MCG. It is just as described on the internet and perfect for families. It is well appointed and has all the little luxuries of home, we will definitely stay again soon. Matt was very responsive and efficient and his excellent communication and assistance enhanced our stay.Have no reservations about booking this property you wont be disappointed.

Family of 5 (2 adults and 3 boys aged 12, 10 and 8) could find absolutely no fault with this accommodation. Mum could see possibility of a girls trip away staying in this accom. Location to public transport excellent and closer to the train than what we thought. Boys slept downstairs with us 2 floors up - just perfect!!! Boys loved the spa. Asian restaurants and grocery stores a joy for parents. Able to walk to MCG, River Rd and even in to the city. Once again accommodation and the cost of - just perfect. Thank you Matt.

We had the most amazing stay at Melbourne Luxury Townhouse. Our family group comprised of 3 generations and this accommodation suited all of us. In Melbourne for the Australian Open the location is close to the venue, public transport, shopping and restaurants. The spa was a real treat at the end of a long day watching the tennis. 6 of us stayed here over new years and we couldn't have been happier with the place. Great layout, meticulously furnished and in a great location we really couldn't ask for more.
No shortage of space for 6 adults, with big living area, given it is a townhouse. Well airconditioned and great appliances really top off the property, not to mention the rooftop spa!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Melbourne

This townhouse is amazing! 3 levels of heaven! All of my guests and I were thoroughly impressed. The townhouse was impeccably presented and featured EVERYTHING needed to make our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The location was also perfect - less than 2 mins walk to public transport, shops and restaurants. A mixed party of adults and children stayed in the Luxury Melbourne Townhouse for 3 nights. The house is just fantastic and so well appointed and equipped. The house has all the typical things you expect from luxury accommodation, flat screen TVs, music systems, Wifi, luxury sheets and towels etc but its the added extras that made the real difference. From the brilliantly stocked kitchen which included salt, pepper, oil, milk, tin foil, cling wrap, baking patchment etc, to the fantastic DVD library, latest glossy magazines, books, free touch computer, complimentary local calls the house has it all. The location is great, stones throw from the train and the tram and short walk to the restuarants, bars and shops of Victoria Street and Bridge Road. The garage allows you to have a car, which you don't need in Central Melbourne but given the price of taxis to and from the airport might pay for itself for this alone! I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending it and hope to stay there again.

Great service from moment of enquiry until departure. Townhouse is just as shown on website: stylish and comfortable. Our family of 6 fitted in perfectly. Easy tram/train access to most places. A lovely stay, and we would definitely visit again. (The spa is a great bonus after a foot weary long day of shopping!)

Place was fantastic!
Clean, Spacious, modern, relaxing etc. Couldn't really ask for much more.
Oh, and the Jacuzzi just topped it off as it helped with the relaxation needed pre and post the marathon GBarama meetings. The BC group highly recommends this place and would no doubt stay here again.
It was a shame that Melbourne couldn't beat Carlton just to top of the weekend :)

Great Warehouse Conversion, this 3 level town house is spacious, trendy and is in an impeccable location.
I visited Melbourne for work/weekend away between 28/07/11 and 31/07/11. The residence is based within 100m of Richmond North Station, which is only 3 stops from Flinders Street making the city accessible.
Locally, there is so much to do, grab a quick bite at one of the many restaurants on Victoria Road, Walk down to Bridge Road (10minutes) to visit the fashion/cafe strip, catch the tram from the corner of Victoria and Church to Chappell Street, recommend yellow bird for weekend brunch/lunch. If the nightlife is your scene there a plethora of pubs/bars around Richmond, some of our favourites were The London, The Precinct, Royal Saxon, The Swan (before 11pm), then you are only a short taxi ride to the city���s clubs. Also if you are a sportsfan you are walking distance to the MCG/AMMI Park/Tennis centre and 4 only stops on the train to Etihad stadium!
This place had it all, any guest will be impressed with the layout, features, art work and the spa (with city views is perfect for an afternoon beverage (and late at night if you���re not ready to sleep). In addition, the WIFI internet makes it the perfect place to mix work/play.
Overall, we will be back and if you want to visit Melbourne and be part of the culture this place is the place to be.
