With 7 beds in the Villa, it can comfortably sleep 10 people.
The owners have added every extra they can think of to make your stay even more wonderful and entertaining. We have even had a PURA TAP fitted for filtered water and extra comfort .
Enjoy a wine or meal out on the top deck overlooking the lagoon , taking in the serenity that South Shores offers. Or just sit out and relax on the lower deck below where you can hand feed the ducks that grace the lagoon.
Or why not open up the bi fold doors and allow the Sea Breeze and the sounds of the ocean , come inside as well.
Have a bbq, or grab a book and just lie out on one of the 2 decks, soaking up the sun and truly relaxing atmosphere.
Enjoy swimming in the huge Solar Heated Swimming Pool or walk 200m on your own personal boardwalk taking you onto the sand of the beach.
Play Golf at the nearby Links Golf Course, go Horseriding along the Beach, take the kids fishing or just take a stroll along the never ending sand on the beach.
Their are 4, yes 4 new tv's , including all digital TV channels, a fitted out Rumpus Room whether it be for the kids to play Air Hockey and play board games , toys, puzzles, or for the Adults to watch Sport on the Flat screen TV and play some pool. Completely fitted out. Even with its own Bar Fridge.
Their is even a smaller , 10 in 1 Fuss Ball table for the smaller children also.
Brand new furniture and fittings throughout , with some extra thought and detail added to give it the " Beach Feeling "...We have left nothing out...
Villa 97 can easily accomodate 3 families, as particular attention has been made to the bedding layout within this Villa. Adult beds have been put in all 3 bedrooms, so yoiu can have 3 families sleeping happily, or so the bigger kids, such as teenagers who need that extra bed space are more comfortable.
Bedrooms consist of 2 x Queen Beds, 1 x Double Bed Trio, 2 x Bunk Beds ( 1 set ) and also 1 x Roller Away fold up trundle bed. Their is also 1 x Porta Cot available( on request ) and a high chair.
The Stereo can have cd's ipods, mp3 players, or USB's connected to it to take care of all your music needs.
Their is a Kids corner with table and stools and a child safety gate fitted at the top of the stairs, for peace of mind when active toddlers are running around .
Kids DVD's, and cricket set, (for both kids and adults) have also been supplied. We have left nothing out.
The kitchen is fitted out like no other . You will be amazed and not need or want for for a thing.
Villa 97 truly has it all !! You will come, wont want to leave and come back and stay again. Not to be missed .

We had a fantastic 3 night stay (6 adults and 4 children). The property was very nicely presented, clean and modern and is within walking distance to a lovely quiet beach. Being able to have a few drinks on the upstairs balcony whist the kids were entertained with the games and TV downstairs made the weekend really enjoyable for everyone! Would definately come back again.

We absolutely loved our week-end away at Villa 97. The house is amazing, above and beyond all our expectations!
It is like a show home, and the owners have put a lot of thought into the things that are supplied for the guests to use(appliances), and the way the house is furnished.
The South Shores is also fantastic, with the pool, grassed areas for the children, and the place is really quiet and peaceful. Very relaxing!!!
We will be returning and telling all our friends and family about it!!

There were 3 couples and we loved it-there was absolutely nothing missing in the villa it was very luxurious. Would recommend it highly. Only downside might be that villas are very close together so during the week and not school holidays would be ideal for couples but anytime would be ideal for families-lots for children to do.

Absolutely stunning and luxurious Villa, Perfect for our girls weekend! But it would be perfect for a couple or a few couples and kids. Right next to the horse riding too! It made for a wonderfully relaxing weekend, Thank you again.
