A great Beach style home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 study. The home is only 200m walk to South Beach and restaurants and quaint shops around the corner. The Fremantle Sailing Club is a short walk away and you can walk along the cycle path to the centre of Fremantle. The house is perfect for short term rental or for relocation to Perth and enjoying the ambience of South Fremantle.
The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate study. There is off-street parking for one car.
The house is connected with wireless ADSL broadband/internet and a phone for local calls. The lounge has a split system for air-conditioning and heating. It has a TV and DVD player with a choice of DVDs for the whole family. The house is fully equipped for children with games, toys, books and DVD'S.
There is a delightful, secure back garden with an outdoor setting and gas barbecue.

South Beach is a short 200m walk away. Restaurants, bakery, cafes and quaint shops are a one minute walk away from the front door. A great quiet leafy street, one of the best in South Fremantle.
You can walk along the cycle path to Fremantle centre in 10 mins and enjoy the famous Cappuccino Strip. There is a free Cat Bus round the corner from the house that stops at most of the Fremantle tourist attractions - Fremantle markets, Fremantle Prison, Esplanade, the train station etc. Alternatively you can just walk the 200m for a swim at the Beach...
