Positioned along the beautiful waterways of the northern Gold Coast Amaroo provides a relaxed, quiet environment designed to keep the kids entertained and allows Mums and Dads to simply kick back and unwind and all within a central location.
LIVING AREAS:
The minute you walk through the front door your eyes will open to the quality that is Amaroo. Stepping into the main lounge room which features a huge TV complete with surround sound, Blu-ray DVD player and a comfy leather lounge with recliners.
As you walk around Amaroo your eyes are captured by the amazing water views through the large glass sliding doors.
Designed for the kids, the 2nd lounge room beyond the kitchen features another leather lounge , large TV, Blu-ray DVD player, Playstation with plenty of games, Books and Board games. And did we mention the DVD’s supplied? WOW - we guarantee you’ll go a long way to find another holiday home that has more DVD’s supplied than here at Amaroo.
Guests can also make use of the fantastic built-in Bar complete with manuals on how to create the perfect cocktails.
BEDROOMS:
Comprising of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the master suite sits proudly above the waterway at the rear of the home and comes complete with a large TV, walk-in robe and ensuite.
The other bedrooms and main bathroom including separate toilet can be found towards the front of the home.

Positioned centrally within the home and capturing the best water views you’ll see, cooking becomes a pleasure in this high quality, beautifully finished Kitchen.
Featuring very high quality stainless steel appliances, huge fridge freezer with chilled water on tap, Nespresso Coffee Machine, stone bench tops and everything you need to pre-pair a feast fit for a king.
And once ready, gather the family together for a meal in the dining area that overlooks the shimmering water way below.
OUTDOORS:
Amaroo features multiple outdoor living areas to cater for everyone. Perched high above the waterway sits the huge timber deck with large outdoor dining table and sun lounges to capture the sun all day long, it’s the perfect place to tan, read a book or simply watch the boats cruise past.
The fully fenced swimming pool and surrounding gardens is very private and also features another outdoor dining table under the pergola and large BBQ.
The kids will be entertained here for hours from fishing off the jetty with the provided fishing rods to playing in the grassy backyard.
Amaroo is very private, fully fenced and secure with off street parking under the shade sails for approximately 4 cars.
LOCATION:
The location of this private waterfront home is perfect for families and close to everything, with the Runaway Bay Shopping Centre and Leagues Club within walking distance.
The trendy Paradise Point Esplanade with restaurants and Cafes can be found within 5 minutes from your front door.
And with only a 10 minute drive to the major THEME PARKS including Movie World, Dream World, White Water World and Wet n Wild the kids will be entertained for days.
Shopping mecca's of Westfield Helensvale and Harbour Town Factory Outlet are only 10 minutes by car.
The sights and sounds of SURFERS PARADISE and its BEACHES is a mere 15 minutes drive from the home.
The Sanctuary Cove Village which features the marina, restaurants, shops and markets can be found 5 minutes away. Alternatively partake in a round of golf with friends or take a country drive to the nearby Mount Tambourine.
Brisbane and Coolangatta Airports are about 35 minutes away.

All our homes are professionally cleaned, with linen supplied through a professional service provider whom supply to other major hotel/resort chains.
Your home will be presented already made up prior to your arrival featuring all towelling neatly displayed and a guest starter pack consisting of soaps, shampoos, tissue paper, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, dishwashing liquid and clothes washer liquid supplied.
We can also supply Baby Cot and High Chair Packages for $70 per booking
