Airconditioned with reverse cycle plus a cosy slow combustion tile file for a comfy night .
Completely self contained and tastefully appointed.
Linen is inclusive inthe rate for this property!
Ideal location , close to town, cafes, golf club, tennis courts, beaches and wineries .
Tucked away in a very quiet area of Old Dunsborough backing onto bushland and plenty of peaceful walk trails.

Upstairs Loft area

The perfect retreat area - The Loft - with ensuite including spa bath fitted out with reverse cycle air conditioning, two king single beds and one queen size bed - perfect area for the kids to hangout ! Beautifully renovated Railway Carriage semi attached to the back of house is the perfect private area for extra guests with a queen size bed

The Shack

All properties require a $500 deposit at the time of booking in order to secure the reservation. Should you cancel your accommodation the $500 deposit is forfeited.


As per HIGHLIFE Holiday Properties policy a Security Bond of $1000.00 is payable on all holiday properties.This bond is fully refundable once the stay has finished the clean has been completed and no damage has been found.


A booking fee of $60.00 is also required. This amount is non refundable.


Should you wish to view our full cancellation policy and other terms and conditions please refer to >Please be aware that a 7 night minimum stay is required during the Christmas/New Year break. 4 nights are required for the Easter Break and throughout any Long weekend there is a minimum stay of 3 nights. Stays of 2 nights will include a cleaning surcharge.
