Wake up to the sound of native wildlife and enjoy breakfast on your expansive deck overlooking the magnificent Gippsland Lakes. A great spot to enjoy boating and water activities, walking, cycling, kayaking and koala watching. This modern two bedroom and two bathroom house provides laid back luxury and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It includes an open well stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quality linen, BBQ and outdoor furniture, flat screen TV, Ipod docking system and much more. Well set back from the street with long driveway and double carport. Located 200 meters from the public jetty and public ferry, it is just a short five minute trip to the local shops in Paynesville. The Boat House is situated in a protected and sheltered position and is north facing enabling guests to maximize time spent outdoors.
