This is a privately owned and lovingly maintained townhouse in the Oaks Pacific Blue Resort. It has the only heated plunge pool in the resort and is one of only three with the largest floorplan.
Upstairs there are 3 full size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large covered north facing balcony accessible from 2 of the bedrooms. The main bedroom has an ensuite and is furnished with a king size bed and an LCD TV & Blue Ray DVD player. The remaining bedrooms each contain 2 long single beds which can be joined to form king size beds. A spa bath is located in the main bathroom.
Downstairs is a spacious, comfortably furnished open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, 3rd bathroom and a covered outdoor entertaining area which is equipped with stainless steel gas BBQ and outdoor table setting. The single garage offers internal access to the townhouse, remote control garage opening and the laundry area.
Access is available to all of the resort facilities including an island lagoon swimming pool, children's wading areas, heated spa areas, heated lap pool, gym, tennis courts (racquets & balls provided), steam room, day spa, hairdresser, restaurant & bar. It is conveniently located 100m from the Salamander Bay shopping centre and all the attractions of the bay are close at hand.
Additional amenities exclusive to Townhouse 516 are the year round plunge pool heating (28 -30C) and timer operated spa bubbles and to help you stay connected to the outside world Wifi internet access is provided.
Linen and towels are provided.
The townhouse is suitable for families, couples and groups of up to a maximum of 6 people.

perfect...what more can be said. my family totally enjoyed the townhouse..it was beautiful..very clean..total luxury. we will be booking again very soon. the plunge pool was awesome..the kids loved it...couldnt get them out half the time..and its very peaceful..the resort itself was great..loved the gym and steam room..anyone considering a stay here will love it.

This is the perfect property for a family looking for a hassle free holiday. The private pool was fantastic! The townhouse is stocked with everything you could need during your holiday...and more. Even had plastic plates and bowls for my little ones! This is going to become our annual getaway location. Love it and can't wait to be back next year. Don't change a thing!

Myself, my husband and 2 daughters (1 & 4) stayed for a couple of nights and loved every moment of it, even in the rain. The girls thought that swimming in the rain was the best thing since sliced bread. The townhouse is exceptional and the resort has a great bar and restaurant. I would definately recommend it and we will be back.

It's not often that accommodation which is booked online exceeds one's expectations but "516" certainly did. The spacious unit was perfect for our family of four and a set of grandparents. We enjoyed everything the townhouse offered us as well as the resort pool and tennis courts. Our accommodation enhanced our week-long holiday. We highly recommend this unit!

My husband and i stayed at this property for 5 nights with our two boys. The property is beautiful for a holiday house, the fact that you are actually in a resort added to the pleasure. You have the use of the tenis courts and the swimming pool that wraps the entire resort, as well as a gym and a 25mtr lap pool. The highlight of this property for us was the fact that it has it's own plunge pool in the back courtyard, that was large enough for the 4 of us to swim in together. The property is quite large and is beautifully furnished and fitted out, the owner also provides linen and tenis rackets and noodles for the swimming pool if you wanted to use them. we had two days where we didn't leave the resort as there is enough to do, including the board games that the owner provided. We did a morning walk down to the little bay beach at the end of the street approx 2km walk there and back. You would never know whilst you are in the resort that you have a large shopping centre across the road, it is very quiet. Still only a 5minute drive into Nelsons Bay. We loved it so much that we have rebooked it already for the same time next year. Receiving a note from the owner appreciating that we left the townhouse clean and tidy was also a added bonus, it felt like a very personal touch that you don't tend to receive often these days.

The townhouse was lovely, very well appointed. Pool was fabulous. Only downside was the really noisy neighbours we encountered on our stay, they seemed to like the tv and music up loud until late at night.

Thanks Debbie for letting us stay at your fabulous townhouse. It had everything we needed, and if it didn't then the shopping centre was nearby. We had a week of luxury without costing the earth. My 2 year old daughter loved the private pool which was all she needed for entertainment. I'll be back very soon.

The townhouse was wonderful, the facilities in the complex were amazing, especially the exclusive heated plunge pool, the five teenage girls I took away absolutely loved it. You provided absolutely everything down to towels for the pool. We will be definately booking again and again and again. Would highly recommend this townhouse to everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was immaculately clean, the cooking facilities and utensils were very clean and in good condition. The heated pool was great! The main pool in the resort was too cold so it was great to have the plunge pool. We'll be back!

"We stayed at this property recently for a special family weekend. The townhouse was immaculate and extremely well stocked. There were even extra towels for the pool which was excellent as I hadn't even thought of it until it was time to swim! Everything was very clean and there were absolutely NONE of those horrible stray hairs you tend to find in bathrooms. A testament to how clean the townhouse is! Overall, we were very happy with our stay and with Debbie's very helpful and friendly assistance.

Townhouse was extremely spacious for a resort, we had six adults, so it was very roomy, having the board games, tennis rackets, and of course the noodles for the pool made it great fun. Great having our own splash pool. What made it great especially for us was having the Wifi, excellent, this enabled us to skype our o'seas family.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pacific Blue Townhouse 516. Lots of room, lovely decor & stocked with everything we could need. Our eldest daughter loved the boardgames supplied & we even got handfeed the friendly neighbourhood kookaburra that would come to visit.
