The Byron Pavilion was a fantastic house for a girls weekend to celebrate the year we all turned 40. Sitting by the pool side or relaxing inside we all felt we had escaped our busy lives and rejuvinated ourselves...Thank you to Michelle whos was very helpful and accomodating. Your holiday home is beautiful.

we had an outstanding and relaxing time at this high class property. the really large living/kitchen area that opens onto the deck works so well with people doing their own thing, yet being a part of the conversation if need be. especially well set up to watch our kids in the pool or keep an eye on them when we were in the pool and they were inside. we had 9 adults and 2 kids and never felt crammed at all as it is so spacious. we will be going back...

We loved the Byron Pavilion - it was the perfect setup as a week long holiday for three generations of our family. The layout of the house is excellent for different family groups and the indoor and outdoor living areas gives everyone plenty of space. Well appointed kitchen including kids plastic plates & cutlery. Very relaxing stay and will definitely come again.

For anyone with a large family or combined family looking for a great place to stay in Byron Bay then this place has to be one of the best. It's centrally located and yet an easy walk 2 main beach/ Clarkes beach and all the shopping and very close to the green garage. The layout of the house is fantastic and can accommodate 3 families with 2 kids each or any combination sleeping up to 14 people. Highly recommended.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable large holiday home in a good location close to Byron's many shops and an easy level stroll to the beach. The well thought out floor plan suited our group of 9 women with the open plan living area being central to the bedrooms. The kitchen is "to die for" with a massive island bench - such a pity cooking was not on our agenda:)))
Pool area and deck was bathed in sunshine all day and was a perfect spot for late afternoon drinks. Highly recommended by a group of ladies for groups of ladies.

Love, love, love! We had an amazing time staying at The Byron Pavilion. Everything was perfect...even with so many of us there. Four families including 7 children (who lived in the pool all Saturday). My partner and I slept in the front king room with the bathtub....loved it...especially the view when the door was open onto the back deck.
The location is perfect....especially since it is so close to The Top Shop on Massinger St (best coffee and sandwiches in town) and Esteem Spa (Rosie is just lovely).
A perfect escape from the real world. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

We stayed at the Byron Pavilion for almost a week mid-August with 6 adults and 5 children.
We had such a great time, not just because we were in Byron Bay again, but also because of our stay in the Pavilion.
The house is just perfect - modern furniture, plenty of chairs, an excellent equipped kitchen, luxurious, well located and a short walk to the shops and the best coffee and burgers in town (top shop).
I would highly recommend the pavilion for any larger group of family or friends!!

We had a girls weekend away (10 of us) to celebrate 50th Birthdays. What a wonderful place! Room for us all to relax and equipped with everything you may want or need (even a torch!). Plenty of seats to sit around the dining table or have afternoon drinks by the pool. The beds were so comfy one of the ladies wrote down the brand to buy one for herself. We all fell in love with the kitchen and the party was around the fantastic marble bench. You feel like you are secluded and have the whole of Byron to yourself, yet you are walking distance to everything. Big enough to share and be with everyone or escape to another part of the house. LOVED LOVED LOVED IT.

The Byron Pavilion well exceeded my expectations. We have been visiting Byron Bay for the past 20 years and have stayed in a range of accommodation from apartments on the beach to luxury resorts.
This trip we travelled to Byron with extended family [3 couples, 2 singles and 4 kids] and it suited us perfectly. There are three separate sleeping areas so great for 3 families and a big living area, lovely pool and shaded outdoor area. Particularly loved all the little touches - such as a book of dvds for kids and a well stocked kitchen. Also a quiet street, an easy walk in to town and a very short drive/15 min walk to one of the best beaches in Australia!

Sensational house, had a magical week staying here even if it did rain, it's right in town so everything is only a 5min walk away. But the attention to detail is what stood this place out, the linen, the beds, the pool, the gardens, the facilities, even down to the cutlery and appliances in kitchen. Recommend to anyone.

We stayed at The Pavilion for Christmas & New Year with 2 other families what an amazing house from the moment you walk in the door you instantly felt relaxed, plenty of room, lots of entertaining space and the kids had a great time there. So much so we extended our holiday by a week cause we didn't want to leave.
If you want a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings close to town & the beach this is the place to be!
