Enjoy the modern, well equipped, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home set on 100 acres of picturesque farmland. There's accommodation for a maximum of 8 adults or up to 10 people including children (2 queen rooms - 1 with ensuite, 1 double room, and 1 king single bunk room including a double sofa bed). High quality linen is provided for your comfort.
The living area has an open plan layout with a dining area plus 2 lounge areas set around a central, double sided fireplace (perfect for enjoying a glass of wine). All rooms have large windows to showcase the rural views, and most have sliding doors opening onto the verandah.
There's a large, modern, fully equipped Miele kitchen. As well as a new gas BBQ for your cooking convenience.
The heated floors, additional gas heating and thermal curtains will keep you warm in winter, and there is a verandah all round and outdoor dining for up to 10 people to enjoy during the warmer months.

There are lots of things to do at and around Brenchley Farm, or you may just choose to do nothing at all.
There is plenty of space around the house for you to get out and about, and for the children to play. There's a fenced yard with a sandpit for the young ones, and a football field in the front yard for the older ones.
The property is on the edge of a stunning national park, with Carrington Falls, various walking & hiking trails & pristine swimming holes all within a 10 minute walk of the house.
It's a 15 minute drive to the cafes & galleries of Robertson Village, and 30 minutes to the beaches & seaside town of Kiama.
Most of the towns and villages of the Highlands(including Bowral)are within a 30 minute scenic drive. So you can choose from wine tasting, dining, shopping or browsing the many antique stores & galleries.
And it's all an easy 2 hour drive from Sydney on quality sealed road all the way.
Weekdays are $300 per night, weekends $450 per night. Exceptions to these prices (holidays / long weekends)are shown in the pricing tables below. Min 2 night stay. Special offers are available for stays longer than two nights. There are often special deals available - so just ask!

Great rural location, owners thoughtfully provided everything for a comfortable stay. The kids loved the cows and horses in the paddocks adjoining the property. Nearby carrington falls are well worth a visit. Thanks for a lovely stay at a very relaxing rural retreat.

Tranquil venue for extended families with young children, with a well equipped modern kitchen and conducive to cosy relaxed evenings. Enjoyed the autumn sun shining through the farm paddocks and the warmth of the house with the wood fire in the evenings. Close to lovely Carrington Falls and easy drive to acclaimed Burrawang Hotel and Wildes Meadow. Highly recommended.

Lots of room for 2 families, warm and cosy in the downpour, a real farm house with friendly cows, comfy, warm beds, well equipped, modern kitchen, big barbecue, beautiful, quiet location, lovely walk to Carrington Falls, generous breakfast supplies provided, all up - great value, great break! Would love to go back in the sunshine!
