There are two main living areas, the informal central family room with wood heater and large flat screen TV and the formal lounge/dining area, also with TV, open fireplace and access to both the covered bbq terrace and the sun drenched northern verandah via French doors. There are games, books, magazines and DVD's to keep everyone entertained.
The kitchen is a gourmet chef's delight with double commercial St George oven including warmers, ideal for catering and a servery through to the dining room. It is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and all manner of cooking utensils and implements including mix master and scales. Both the kitchen and the living/dining room lead out onto the covered terrace with tables for 8-10 and 6-8 and bbq, deck chairs, daybed and 2-seater cane lounge.
The garden is almost an acre and boasts seasonal nooks for all occasions, whether it be scones on the verandah, a romantic garden bench, a quiet spot to read a book or the fountain area ideal for a small garden wedding.

The Library Suite enjoys its own private entrance and offers a queen bed, ensuite, working fireplace and separate library with sitting room and TV. (Sleeps 2)

The Master Suite has a queen bed and ensuite. (Sleeps 2)
The Family Room has a double bed with single bunk over head plus an additional single bed. It is off the central family area with TV and opposite the main bathroom with claw foot bath. (Sleeps 4).
The Single Room at quiet end of the house with single bed (Sleeps 1)
The Terrace Suite is accessed from the outdoor entertaining area and has a queen bed, ensuite, reverse cycle air con and additional single bed (Sleeps 3)
