Description
Brisa del Mar is a 4 bedroom holiday home in Ocean Grove, ideally set up for family stays. Situated two minutes from the surf lifesaving club, trips to the beach have never been this easy. Enjoy the relaxed beach lifestyle of walking on the beach, swimming, bike riding and having a coffee at the Dunes.
House Setup
Main Floor contains bedrooms 1,2 &3 and an open plan kitchen/family room with dining table and lounge area. There is also reverse cycle air-con unit and the bedrooms have ceiling fans. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery and glasses to cater for large family stays. There are 2 bathrooms which include, 1 x shower, 1 x bath, basin, lots of hot water and a separate toilet. There is also a laundry which includes washing machine and dryer.
There is a 2nd living area for kids (and big kids) with pool table and tv. Upstairs there is the 4th bedroom (kid heaven) which sleeps 5, tv/dvd and has a reverse cycle air-con unit.
Outside enjoy the sunny verandah overlooking the front garden, where there is BBQ and outdoor furniture and a fully fenced yard out back with outdoor clothes line.
Wireless internet access is available on request.

2nd bed - 2 Single Beds
3rd bed - 1 Queen bed
4th bed - 2 sets of bunk beds, pullout single bed. (sleeps 5)

Ocean Grove fun family holidays or just a weekend getaway!
Ocean Grove is less than an hour and a half drive from Melbourne. 15-20 minute drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington Olive Groves and Wineries. One hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.
The main attraction is the surf beach which is patrolled during summer and is one of the most popular and safe in the area. You can learn to surf or play a game of cricket.
Just down the road is Barwon Heads with the well known historic bridge from 'Seachange'. Barwon Heads offers an alternative place for the kids to swim and also has a boat ramp providing access to the ocean to do some fishing! or just fish along the river or off the beach!
There are two separate shopping centres in Ocean Grove to satisfy all your needs. You are also not far from the big surf shops and factory outlets at Torquay.
Good surfing spots are in close proximity for the keen surfer including Ocean Grove main beach, K.N's, Raffs and 13th Beach.
Ocean Grove also has a great selection of coffee shops and restaurants to cater for every taste. You need never cook.
