This cosy renovated duplex is in the perfect location for the enthusiastic fisherman as it is just up the road from Golden Beach so why not throw a line over. Or take a short stroll to the Caloundra Powerboat Club for a relaxing drink or a meal overlooking the water. Also just a few minutes drive away is the Caloundra CBD with many shops, restaurants and venues to choose from. Do as little or as much as you like, the choice is yours as it is all here on offer in this tidy little hideaway in the ideal location. The lounge room consists of one 2 seater and one 3 seater lounge, a television, a radio/cassette player and a DVD player. The dining room consists of a dining setting to suit 4. The kitchen consists of a microwave, fridge, oven, cook top and all cooking utensils. Bedroom 1 consists of a queen bed and wardrobe, bedroom 2 consists of 2 single beds, wardrobe and pedestal fan. The bathroom consists of a vanity unit, shower and hairdryer. The laundry consists of a washing machine and ironing board, there is a clothes line just outside the laundry. There is a single lock up garage. Small yard with outdoor setting. Please be advised that there is no smoking permitted in the unit and whilst pillows and blankets will be supplied, you will need to bring your own towels and linen.
