This tidy and well presented unit situated right opposite the beach is the in the ideal location if rest and relaxation is on the agenda. Sit back on the balcony and just breathe in the fresh sea air, step across the road and enjoy a BBQ in the parkland infront of the beach, or just soak up the rays on the beautiful Golden Beach. You can hire a boat and explore Pumicestone Passage, throw a line over and try your luck with fishing, or take a leisurely stroll up the Esplanade and take in gorgeous views of the coastline. You can't go past the Caloundra CBD for a huge variation of great restaurants and cafes which is only a 2 minute drive up the road. There are also a number of shops and boutiques to browse through on the main street. For great entertainment, why not head to the famous Caloundra RSL, newly renovated and better than ever. With a free courtesy bus, free child minding and free entertainment, what more could you want from a venue! This place has it all, from the cosy accomodation to the picture perfect location, no need to look any further! The lounge room consists of three 2 seater couches including one couch/sofa bed, a small pedestal fan, a television and a balcony. The dining area has a dining setting to suit 6. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, cooktop and all cooking utensils are supplied. The main bedroom comprises of a queen bed, wall mounted pedestal fan and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 consists of 2 single beds, wall mounted pedestal fan and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a vanity unit, bath, shower and the toilet is adjacent. The laundry contains a washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. There is a balcony off the lounge room, a single lock up garage and the unit is situated on the 1st level. Please be advised that there is no smoking permitted in the unit, and whilst pillows and blankets are supplied, you will need to bring your own towels and linen.
